Digiestate provides marketing support services. We don't guarantee specific outcomes — lead counts, ranking positions, social media growth, or revenue results. Marketing performance depends on many factors including market conditions, competition, current state of your business, ad budget, and execution variables partially or fully outside our control.

Any examples, case studies, or statistics shown on the Site reflect specific past situations and aren't guarantees of similar results. We commit to consistent monthly execution and transparent reporting — not specific numbers.

Booking a discovery call or submitting a contact form doesn't create a service relationship. A service relationship begins only after both parties sign a separate written Service Agreement detailing scope, deliverables, fees, and terms specific to your engagement.

Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to provide services. We reserve the right to decline engagements that aren't a fit for our model or capacity.
