Built by Shubham Chandel after 8+ years working with brokerages, teams, and investor groups in the US and Canada. Digiestate exists to be the steady, accountable marketing function brokerages keep asking for and rarely find.
I started Digiestate because I kept watching the same pattern play out at every brokerage I worked with: marketing happened in bursts. New listing season? Five hires. Quiet quarter? Everyone got cut. Six months later, nobody could remember who was responsible for what.
The actual problem wasn’t talent or budget. It was structure. Real estate marketing only compounds when someone is running the same rhythm month after month — the boring middle that nobody on the brokerage side wants to do, but everyone needs done.
Digiestate is that function as a service. One accountable contact who works your hours, knows your platforms, and is backed by a team of specialists — video, content, CRM, ads, SEO — so the work doesn’t stop when someone gets sick or quits.
We work with about 50 brokerages at a time. We don’t take e-commerce, SaaS, or generic local businesses. Just real estate. That’s the only way we can stay this useful.
— Shubham Chandel, Founder
We turn down e-commerce, SaaS, and generic local-business work. The depth we can offer on platforms, listings, and lead flow only exists because we don't divide our attention across industries.
Marketing only compounds when it runs the same way every month. Per-project work creates feast-and-famine. Monthly retainer is the only way the work actually compounds for the brokerage.
You don't get rotated across project managers. One person knows your business, your team, your platforms — backed by a full execution team — so context never resets.
One good post every week beats five great posts then silence. Brokerages win on rhythm, not viral moments.
CRMs and websites quietly fall apart in 6-month cycles unless someone is actively maintaining them. Set-it-and-forget-it is a myth.
Listing videos, agent reels, market updates — the back catalog you build over years is what wins SEO, sales, and trust.
Real estate is hyper-local. Map Pack, neighborhood pages, Google Business Profile beat any national SEO play.
The biggest waste in real estate marketing is paid leads that nobody follows up. Fixing the CRM is usually the highest ROI move.
A consistent brand is what makes a brokerage feel real. Templates, voice, color, fonts — applied to everything, not chosen ad-hoc.
The sweet spot. Small enough to make decisions fast, big enough to have real listing volume and a coherent brand.
Team leads doing $5M-$50M GCI. Past the solo phase, building real systems, ready to invest in marketing infrastructure.
NAI affiliates, commercial brokerages, investor-focused operations. We have specific experience with longer-cycle deal marketing.
Solo agents under $1M GCI — the ROI doesn't pencil out. Anyone expecting overnight results or guaranteed lead counts. We're a consistent execution function, not a lead vendor.
Behind the one accountable contact is a specialist team of video editors, designers, content writers, CRM technicians, ad managers, and SEO specialists — all real estate focused, all working the same brand voice across every client.
This is the structural difference from hiring a single freelancer or in-house marketer: capacity scales without quality dropping. When one team member is on PTO, another picks up the work. Brand guidelines and platform documentation are kept up to date across the team so context never resets.
