Our Culture

Our culture says hard work should be balanced with celebration. We at DMA believe in the spirit of affirmation, positivity and team collaboration. So that we can create a space where we can all feel empowered as well-rounded individuals who contribute their best selves every day no matter what project or task assigned them by management.

As such, our office strives for balance between festivities during festivals/holidays (which are celebrated accordingly), fun activities outside on weekends–whether it involves eating crunchy foods together while playing games like “Catch”, amongst others.
